Sales Manager - Krabi

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Southern Area Manager, organizes, directs, trains, and oversees the workers and resources of enVision Phuket in the Krabi Market. Responsible for efficient, well-prepared, and profitable sales of wine and other products, representing the company to the customer, budgeting and cost control, and compliance with governmental regulations.

Reports to Southern Area Manager
Supervises: Customer Service - Delivery
Divisons: Krabi, Trang

Essential Functions

  1. Honest, ethical and possess strong personal character and leadership potential.
  2. Profitably recommend and sell wine and other products to customers; find new customers.
  3. Maximize profitability, minimize legal liability and promote the company’s reputation.
  4. Work with staff to ensure efficient provisioning and delivery of stock.
  5. Oversee payment of accounts and collection of invoices.
  6. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality and service.
  7. Schedule staff and develop standard operating procedures.
  8. Monitor, report, and enforce compliance with company policies; ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of company office and property.
  9. Work with other management personnel when requested to coordinate special marketing functions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of science degree in hotel/restaurant management or marketing is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternate.
  2. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
  3. Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff.
  4. Pleasant, polite manner for dealing with public, as well as staff.
  5. Proven ability to generate new business in a competitive environment.
  6. Functional command of English language.
  7. Ability to speak clearly and be heard under noisy conditions.
  8. Ability to lift 15 kg and carry 10 meters; ability to stand or walk for six hours.
  9. Ability to operate a motor vehicle; possession of valid driver license.
