	Pierre Ferrand Cognac	Pierre Ferrand is said to be the ultimate Cognac. Noted for its complex range of flavors and smooth texture, enVision offers rarities dating back to 1914 plus a wide range of affordable blends from this legendary Cognac house for everyday luxury. Abel - Abel is a very old Cognac that progressively reveals the full richness, finesse, and magnificence of its bouquet. Ambre - A very subtle, aromatic Grande Champagne Cognac with vanilla bouquet and floral overtones of roses and violets. Ancestrale - A bled from the cellar's oldest reserve Cognacs. Its extraordinary finesse and complexity are comparable to those of a great, old vintage wine. Reserve - A unique Grande Champagne Cognac with a deeper, brilliant, golden yellow, a lovely vanilla bouquet and overtones of dried roses and apricot jam. Reserve des Dieux - A darker cognac with an affirmed character and possessing a bouquet of dried flowers and cedar wood with aromas of liquorice, spices, and black tea. The palate is round with notes of leather and wood. Selection des Anges - A truly outstanding Grande Champagne Cognac! The aromas are rich with oaky vanilla and chocolate and a hint of curry, jasmine tea, honeysuckle, and walnut. The bouquet continues to develop with candied fruit aromas and spicy saffron, ginger, and honey, mixed with nutmeg and cedar wood. Pierre Ferrand S�lection des Anges is sheer velvet on the palate. The flavors are rich and concentrated, with superb balance. The finish persists for up to 12 minutes Vintage 1914 - Limited edition rare cognac possessing a fiery "robe" and bouquet of vine flowers and "viennoiserie" that recalls the aromas of grilled bread and hot butter. Possessing an exceptionally rich bouquet, the 1914 has an incomparable long-lasting taste. Its notes of prune and cherry preserves mix with vanilla oak. The noble "rancio" appears to complete this truly magnificent, old Cognac.

	Citadelle Gin	Citadelle is the finest Gin in the world and the only one with 19 different spices and botanicals. Triple distilled from wheat and natural spring water, infusion of spices occurs only after distillation by steeping and each of the 19 different spices are then redistilled and kept separate to be blended later by Citadelle's cellar master.

	Citadelle Vodka	French Vodka is relatively rare; vodka made entirely from wheat is even more uncommon. Citadelle Vodka sources wheat from the Beauce region of France and painstakingly distills it five times followed by a process of micro-oxygenation for added smoothness. Water is sourced from natural springs in the village of Gensac. Citadelle Vodka is without a doubt one of the world's finest vodkas.

	Daron Calvados	Daron Calvados is made from apple and pear trees grown on the chalky soils of the Pays d'Auge in Normandy, France. Made only from the first juice of freshly pressed apples, after fermentation the cider is double distilled in the traditional - Alambic a Repasse - or Charentais still to obtain the greatest richness of flavor. Further aging in small French oak cask and careful blending by Daron's cellar master follows before bottling. FINE - Five years. Lovely apple scent, smooth, subtle and full bodied. XO - 18 years. Elegant and subtle, flavors of preserved plums with hints of walnut, caramelized apple and liquorice.

	Cerbois Armagnac	Cerbois is made exclusively from grapes grown in the vineyards of Grand Bas Armagnac and is distilled only once in the traditional Armagnac still according to the long-established method. Cerbois Armagnac is aged in French oak casks and carefully blended under the personal supervision of the cellar master. VSOP - Eight years. Smooth flavors of violet and vanilla with a touch of plum. Harmonious and well balanced on the palate. XO - Twenty years. Flavors of plum, peach and walnut. It is mellow on the palate with a pleasant persistent finish. Vintage (please inquire). Limited quantities of rare, certified vintage Cerbois Armagnac dating from 1945.

	Plantation Rum	Plantation Rum is a unique collection of Caribbean treasures available in limited quantities. Vintage dated and made solely from pure sugar cane juice, the rums are aged in small French Oak barrels according to French tradition. They possess a broad array of natural tropical aromas of vanilla, roast bananas, coconut, and dried fruit flavors. Barbados - Nine year, Trinidad - Eleven year, and Jamaica Eight year; these are rums that will delight the connoisseur.

	Ramon Roquetta	Mistela Ramón Roqueta is produced since 1898 in Catalonia, Spain. This is a unique liqueur made from Moscato grapes fermented with Sherry yeasts and fortified with Brandy to stop the fermentation before complete dryness is achieved, then aged in ancient 12,000 liter oak barrels prior to its bottling. The resulting liqueur is unlike any other; something half way between a sherry and a sweet Moscato wine, Mistela makes a perfect match for any sweet dessert, cream and is often taken as an aperitif. At enVision we love to blend it with Champagne. Perfect for hot sunny days by the veranda. Temperature: 17°-18°C.
